What we always get asked

How much does it cost to implement AI in a small business?

At Liquid Biz Solutions we work with fixed budgets starting from €1,500 (consulting), €2,000 (process automation), €3,000 (AI system implementation), €8,000 (custom software) and €1,500 (cybersecurity audit). The final price depends on team size and the number of processes, and is agreed before we start.

Where do we start?

Always with consulting: we understand the business area by area and a concrete plan comes out of that. Sometimes it starts with AI implementation, sometimes with an automation, and often with a phased combination.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. The AI system is conversational, like sending a message. Automations run in the background. The training we include is practical and focused on real day-to-day use.

How long does an implementation take?

The full process takes between 6 and 10 weeks: audit, implementation, training and follow-up. The first improvements show well before the end.

What if the technology changes tomorrow?

We deliver everything in open, portable formats: instructions, workflows, documentation. If a provider raises its prices tomorrow or something better comes out, you migrate. No strings attached.

Is there a minimum commitment?

A minimum of 3 months to implement properly and support the team. After that, month to month. The files are yours from day one.

Do you only work in Madrid?

We're based in Madrid, but we work with businesses anywhere in Spain. Most of the work is done remotely, and in-person sessions are arranged when they add value.
