A boutique AI practice for luxury travel designers

You sell . Everything around it eats your day.

Every proposal at the level of your best, whoever writes it. And every client looked after until they're home.

Hunting for the DMC's email. Remembering that the client is celiac. Rewriting the proposal for the third time. Calling them when they get back. Today, all of it depends on someone remembering.

  • Nothing reaches a client without a person
“This is never going to do our job. What it helps us with is the time we spend looking for an email, for a transcript.”

Why now

The trade has changed

What used to be normal in a bespoke agency now has a cost.

89%

of travel advisors say clients now come to them with their own AI research.

Goway, 1,600+ advisors in North America, Sept 2026
84%

of wealthy travellers say a trusted advisor is worth more than unlimited internet research.

Preferred Hotels & Resorts / The Harris Poll, 500+ US travellers, 2025

The client still wants a person, and expects that person to remember everything. The big houses are already building their own AI (Black Tomato, Fora). A boutique house wins by putting its own know-how to work on every trip.

The check · 2 minutes

One client, from the first call to a year later

Six moments of a trip. Answer honestly: no email, nothing is stored, the result stays on your screen.

0 of 6 answered

  1. The first meeting

When a client mentions they're celiac, is it written down where the whole team can find it?

  2. The proposal

Do two proposals for the same destination, by two different people, read like the same house?

  3. The rounds of changes

When the client changes two nights, does every date still add up in the new version?

  4. Before departure

Do destination guides go out on time without anyone having to remember?

  5. When they get home

When a client gets back, does someone always call to ask how it went?

  6. What the house knows

If your best designer left tomorrow, would what she knows stay in the house?

Answer all six to see your result.

The kind of system

The balance point

If it's a lack of system, the next question is what kind. Not zero AI, not AI in everything.

Most teams have already tried AI and been disappointed. Not because of the people: generic AI knows nothing about your house, so it writes like Wikipedia.

No AIAI for everything

Drag the slider. The point is somewhere in the middle, and it's narrower than it looks.

The balance point

AI does the heavy lifting. You do what's yours.

Searching, remembering, assembling, formatting: the machine. Choosing the hotel, the pace of the trip and the exact word for that client: you.

What changes

The same trip, in your house

Three months from now: one system that knows who you are, at every moment of the trip.

01 · Consistent quality

Every proposal at the level of your best.

Written in the voice of the house, whoever signs it and whatever kind of day they're having.

  • From the DMC's quote to the proposal, in your template and your tone. You marked this
  • In each round, only what the client questioned changes. Nights, dates and local holidays are checked first. You marked this
  • Approved proposals become a mobile web page, one link per trip.
02 · The house's memory

What you decide stays in the house.

Every trip leaves something written down. The next one starts from there, not from zero.

  • After the first meeting, a client profile: what moves them, what they don't want. Nobody forgets the celiac. You marked this
  • What you know about each destination, and what you turned down and why, written down. When someone leaves, it stays. You marked this
  • Before writing to the DMC, it finds similar past trips and reminds you what you decided. As memory, not as a rule.
03 · Care until they're home

Every client looked after: before, during and after.

Every Monday, each designer gets her week: what's due, for whom, with the draft ready. She decides and sends.

  • Clients leaving soon: destination guide and departure details, ready in time. You marked this
  • Clients just back: a reminder to call, and a draft that remembers a real moment of their trip. A year later, a note on the anniversary. You marked this

And it grows with you.

The system is yours, in plain text. One agency founder has already added his own pieces on top of what we built together.

By design

What it doesn’t do

We'd rather say it before you ask.

  • It doesn't choose hotels, areas or suppliers. It proposes from your history; you decide.
  • It doesn't place your photos. It leaves the slot; you choose the picture.
  • It doesn't talk to your clients. No automated emails, no bots, no newsletters. Everything is a draft until a person sends it.
  • It doesn't touch accounting or invoicing. Your back-office software, read-only.

In practice

Inside an agency

Built between July and October 2026 with the team at Mundo Expedición, inside their offices.

Mundo Expedición · Bespoke travel agency · Madrid · 10 people · two offices

From the conversation with the client to the proposal on their phone, in the style of the house.

In use
What there was

Years of PDF proposals scattered across folders, each advisor's judgment in her own head, and a first try at AI that, in their words, produced garbage.

What there is

A Company Brain validated by management, a system in use on their own template, an Academy for the team, and a founder who now builds his own pieces on top of it.

Three things that actually happened
  • The contextualizer reopened a file the back-office software had written off as lost. It wasn't a lost client: it was a slow one.
  • The recommender caught twelve misaligned nights and an Easter week clash nobody had spotted in a proposal that was already built.
  • The team started uploading their own proposals so the system would flag date inconsistencies. They love it.

How we get there

From point A to point B, in twelve weeks

That was point B. This is how we get there together: three legs, and a team working with its own system on arrival.

  1. Leg 1 · Weeks 1–2Document

We sit down with the team and understand how you work, top to bottom.

We gather the know-how scattered across your tools, your platforms and the heads of the founders and the team, and give it to the AI as context. This becomes your Company Brain.

  2. Leg 2 · Weeks 3–8Build

We build the system on top of your Brain.

We build AI assistants for the key processes of your business and put them to work. You test them on your own trips, you give us feedback, and we improve them round after round until they sound like you.

  3. Leg 3 · Weeks 9–12Train

Live sessions with the team and delivery of your own Academy.

We hold your hand at every stage. Live sessions, one or two people at a time, and your own AI Academy with quick lessons to practise on the system we built, so the team adapts to the new way of working.

  4. After arrival · AI Collaboration and AI PartnerAccompany

Consulting, questions and learning sessions while the team changes its habits.

Changing habits is harder than building the system. Included for 3 months in AI Collaboration and 9 months in AI Partner.

In three months, your house is documented and your team works with a system that knows it.

And what the team decides on each trip stays in the house, not in someone's head.

Let's talk money

Prices in plain sight

They're here so nobody wastes time. If they work for you, we talk; if not, no problem.

What it costs to do it in-house

An AI lead costs over €100,000 a year. We cost a quarter.

Someone who understands both technology and the travel business is hard to find and expensive to keep. AI Partner gives you the system built, your team trained and us by your side for a full year, for less than one travel designer's salary.

Who we are

A boutique, like yours

Alejandro de Otero, founder of Liquid Biz Solutions

We work exactly the way you do.

Whether you are one person or ten, what you sell is taste, know-how and personal attention. So do we. When you write to Liquid Biz there are no automated replies and no bots: you talk to a person who knows your file, from the first call to the last training session.

I'm Alejandro de Otero, the founder. Before focusing on travel, we built AI systems for small firms of every kind, from Profolp to Editorial Prensa and CEPEF. In 2026 I sat down with dozens of owners of bespoke agencies and spent five months inside one, Mundo Expedición. I run every project; when you work with us, you work with me.

Why travel only? Because I love it. In 2025 I packed a backpack and lived in Vietnam for three months. I'd rather build for the people who sell that than for anyone else.

Questions

What we always get asked

We already use ChatGPT. Why would we need this?

Then you've seen what it can do, and probably where it falls short: each person with their own chat, starting from zero every time, without your tone, and with client details in personal accounts. What's missing isn't the AI. It's the system around it: your context, your rules, your history, and accounts that belong to the agency.

What exactly do you build?

On top of the Company Brain, a set of digital interns: job descriptions we program inside your AI (Claude, ChatGPT, whichever) for specific tasks. The client profile after the first meeting, the email to the DMC, the proposal in your template, the mobile web page, the destination guide, the call after the trip. You explain each task once, not every time, and they connect to your email, your cloud and your back-office software.

Which ones your house needs comes out of the first sprint. From there, the system grows with you.

Will it sound like us?

That's the whole point of the first sprint. We document how you write (your tone, the words you use and the ones you never use) and test it on your own trips until the team reads it and recognises the house. And the designer always reviews before anything goes out.

Will this take work away from my team?

It will take away tasks they do by hand today: going through the history, hunting for that old email, formatting the Word document for the third time. It won't take away their judgment: which itinerary and which hotels is still a person's decision. What changes is where their time goes: to the client and the trip, not to the document.

We're not technical. Is that a problem?

No. The system is made for teams that build trips, not for IT people. Questions get answered in the live sessions and in the Academy, a training platform built to your measure, with screenshots of your own system.

Is there any lock-in? What if we stop working together?

None. There's no permanence, and everything stays with you: the Brain and the system live in your own AI account and your cloud, in plain text, and keep working without us. The Academy even shows you how to take it to another AI.

Do you work in English, and outside Spain?

Yes. We're based in Madrid and work remotely with agencies anywhere. Sessions run in English or Spanish, and the system writes in the languages your proposals use.

Does it work for a tour operator or a volume agency?

Probably not. The system shines where every proposal is a sale with a first and last name on it and the document is the product. If you sell packaged trips or hundreds of bookings a day, the problem is a different one, and there are better tools than this.

How do we start?

You book a 30-minute call with Alejandro and we get to know each other. If there's a fit, we'll ask you for a short form with your billing details to prepare the agreement and the first invoice (50%). Once that's signed, we coordinate with the team and Sprint 1 begins. Short and sweet.

If every proposal you send already comes out at the level of the best one you’ve ever written, whoever signs it, congratulations: there’s little we can do for you.

If not, tell us how you work, and bring your answers from the check if you like. Thirty minutes with Alejandro, no strings attached, and you'll know whether this fits your house.
